Google was started in the early months of 1996 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. . . two students of Stanford University, USA. At first, GOOGLE had the name BACKRUB. Later, they transformed it into a company, Google Inc., on September 7, 1998 at a friend's garage in Menlo Park,California. The company moved to 165 University Ave.,Palo Alto, California. In February 1999,. Then, later that year, it moved to another place, now called the "Googleplex".
The Googleplex is the corporate headquarter complex of Google Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway in Mountain View,California.
